OUR STORY
Atlantic Star Limited was built on a foundation of practical maritime experience, regional knowledge and a commitment to dependable service. Drawing on more than three decades of practical maritime experience, Atlantic Star has developed alongside the Caribbean’s shipping, construction and industrial sectors, developing the operational capability and relationships needed to support increasingly complex maritime projects.
From bulk cement transportation and steel logistics to port development, offshore support, vessel procurement and fleet operations, our experience has grown through hands-on involvement in the projects and trade routes that connect the Caribbean.

With more than 35 years of frontline maritime experience, Banie provides the operational leadership behind Atlantic Star Limited. A licensed vessel captain with extensive Caribbean experience, he leads vessel operations, safety management and the implementation of international maritime standards across the company’s activities.

Office Manager | Part Owner
Amanda oversees the company’s administrative operations, supporting internal coordination, employee records, payroll administration, communications and the day-to-day organization that keeps Atlantic Star’s office and operational teams running efficiently.

Compliance & Documentation Manager | Maritime Systems
Annesha leads Atlantic Star’s maritime compliance and documentation functions, coordinating manuals, document control, regulatory research, audit preparation and seafarer certification. Her work connects the company’s shore-based systems with the requirements of vessels, crews, flag states and international maritime conventions.

Operations Assistant | Technical & Logistics Support
Vyas supports the company’s technical operations, procurement and logistics activities. Working closely with vessels, suppliers and service providers, he helps ensure that spares, equipment, consumables and operational requirements are sourced and delivered efficiently.

Business Computing & Electronics Technologist
Shawn supports Atlantic Star’s technology, electronic systems and digital development. His work connects shipboard technology with shoreside operations while contributing to the company’s growing digital infrastructure, data systems and online presence.
